Thank you for Taking a Seat!

During the summer of 2004, volunteers rescued theatre seats from the Fredericton Playhouse.

The following year, during the winter/spring of 2005, a fundraiser was launched, giving members of the community a chance to "Sponsor a Seat". With the funds raised, the seats were given a "facelift", each receiving new padding and fabric.

Then, the old seats were removed from the Arena Complex Theatre...

This made way for the installation of the newly refurbished seats.

And VOILA - new and improved seats at the ACT!
